Abstract :
The placement of implants in the anterior maxilla remains one of the most challenging areas in implant dentistry, where the balance between science and artistry defines the outcome. This case presentation highlights the management of a young female patient with missing maxillary central incisors (teeth 11 and 21), restored with dental implants. Careful planning was undertaken to optimise implant position, respect the biological dimensions, and harmonise the peri-implant tissues with the natural dentition. A multidisciplinary approach was essential to achieve both functional stability and aesthetic integration. This case underscores that every anterior implant requires not only sound surgical and prosthetic principles, but also an appreciation of the biological principles.
