(Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)

Effective Date: May 24, 2025

• No one shall collect email addresses by using programs or other technical devices that automatically gather email addresses from internet websites which explicitly refuse such collection.

• No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.

• No one shall use email addresses, knowing that their collection, sale, or distribution is prohibited under Paragraphs 1 and 2, for the purpose of transmitting information.
