Title : A case report of Immediate Implant Placement and Immediate Restoration with Ultrawide diameter Implant for root fractured mandibular molar
Abstract : Even if highly precise root canal treatment is performed and a prosthetic restoration is provided with an adequate ferrule, it is unavoidable that non-vital teeth have a higher risk of root fracture compared to vital teeth.
In this report, we present a case of a mandibular molar that developed such a root fracture, in which immediate implant placement and immediate restoration were performed after extraction, resulting in favorable recovery.
