Title : A Combined Protocol of Tilted and Transmental Implants for Fixed Rehabilitation of the Edentulous Mandible
Abstract : A 49-year-old male presented with complete edentulism and severe bone deficiency. Through multidisciplinary evaluation, a digital dynamic navigation-guided protocol was implemented, combining tilted and trans-mental implant placement strategies to avoid bone augmentation. Fixed prostheses were delivered in both jaws, with follow-up confirming implant stability and satisfactory functional and aesthetic outcomes. This case demonstrates the precision of digital solutions in managing complex rehabilitation scenarios.
