Abstract : This case addresses key considerations in anterior implant therapy: esthetic design, its clinical execution, occlusal rehabilitation, and—critically—the maintenance of soft tissue contour following immediate implantation. The successful preservation of the gingival architecture was achieved through the utilization of a tunnel technique in conjunction with a subepithelial connective tissue graft.
