Title : Corrective Strategies in Severe Esthetic Dental Implant Complication
Abstract : The case presented involves the explantation of a malpositioned dental implant in the esthetic zone, followed by guided bone regeneration (GBR) using an iliac block graft to effectively restore the alveolar ridge. Vestibuloplasty and soft tissue augmentation were performed to improve soft tissue conditions. After ensuring optimal conditions, a custom prosthetic restoration was placed on the 11 and 21 implant sites. The final outcome achieved a harmonious and natural-looking appearance, significantly improving the patient's dental function and aesthetics. This comprehensive approach highlights the importance of meticulous planning and execution in dental implant rehabilitation.
