Abstract : The best way to reconstruct hard and soft tissue is to preserve them. It is a good idea to make immediate implant in the esthetic zone when the buccal plate is completely there. Also a good designed immediate restoration could help preserving soft tissue. This case shows a 7-year-follow-up result of immediate implantation and immediate restoration that could have very stable long term result. And also we could get some information through this case.
