Title : Surgical Soft Tissue Roadmaps in immediate Implantology: Tissue-Driven Protocols for Esthetic and Functional Stability
Abstract : Achieving long-term esthetic and functional success in implant dentistry depends heavily on soft tissue management. This lecture introduces a structured and practical concept: "Surgical Soft Tissue Roadmaps", a tissue-driven, protocol-based approach designed to guide clinicians through decision-making in various clinical scenarios. While a full range of scenarios exists within this roadmap, this lecture will highlight key representative immediate placement cases to illustrate the decision-making process and showcase how following a tailored protocol leads to predictable, esthetic outcomes. Rather than a one-size-fits-all technique, this framework provides algorithmic thinking based on the initial soft tissue presentation of each site, helping clinicians choose the right interventions for tissue preservation, creation, volume augmentation or biotype modification at the right time.
