  • Title : engineering precise full mouth rehab with all on x

  • Abstract : This case demonstrates a fully digital workflow for full-mouth rehabilitation using the All-on-X concept. A patient presented with already placed implants with functional as well as esthetic concerns. The treatment plan focused on a prosthetically driven approach that integrates precision digital protocols to optimize accuracy and efficiency. Virtual mounting was achieved using intraoral scans combined with facial photographs, eliminating the need for physical articulators and ensuring a reproducible digital record of the patients occlusion. To capture mandibular dynamics, a digital Gothic arch tracing was performed, providing reliable centric relation records that could be directly incorporated into the virtual design phase. The IOConnect platform (TruAbutment) was used to merge intraoral scan data, implant positions, and prosthetic libraries in a unified digital environment. This allowed seamless communication between the clinical team, the laboratory, and the milling center, reducing errors associated with traditional analog transfers. The integration of these tools facilitated the design and fabrication of a passively fitting provisional prosthesis, followed by definitive monolithic restorations. This case highlights the advantages of a fully digital All-on-X workflow: accurate jaw relation records without conventional bite registrations, efficient cross-platform data transfer, and enhanced predictability in prosthesis delivery. By leveraging virtual mounting, Gothic arch tracing, and IOConnect, digital precision was achieved throughout the restorative process, ultimately providing the patient with a functionally stable, esthetically pleasing, and durable outcome.
