• Title : Reinventing Full Arch Smiles

• Abstract : Full-arch implant rehabilitation presents unique challenges, particularly when aiming to preserve hard and soft tissue architecture to achieve optimal esthetic and functional outcomes. This case presentation highlights an innovative approach that integrates the principles of the socket shield technique with a fully guided digital workflow to enhance full-arch restorations. While the socket shield procedure is commonly applied in single-tooth scenarios, its application in full-arch cases offers significant advantages. By preserving critical portions of the buccal bone and surrounding soft tissues, this technique minimizes bone resorption and supports natural tissue contours. The incorporation of socket shield enables flapless surgical procedures, thereby reducing surgical trauma and enhancing patient comfort. However, achieving predictable outcomes with flapless surgery requires precision in implant placement something that can be effectively realized through a digitally guided workflow. Utilizing advanced planning software and surgical guides, implants are placed with accuracy and consistency, ensuring optimal positioning relative to the preserved tissues. This presentation showcases how the synergy between socket shield preservation and digital implant planning offers a transformative solution for full-arch rehabilitation.
