• Title : Digital power ,Human Impact : Tibor's All-on-X Journey

• Abstract : This presentation illustrates a complete full-arch rehabilitation using a fully digital workflow, guided implant surgery, and immediate loading to restore function, esthetics, and confidence for a patient in only four months. Our patient, Tibor, a gentleman from Slovakia, presented with severe functional and esthetic compromise that had a profound effect on his quality of life. After comprehensive diagnostics with CBCT, intraoral scanning, and clinical photography, a virtual treatment plan was created to guide every step of the case. Guided All-on-X surgery was performed with precise implant placement, followed by the immediate connection of multiunit abutments. A screw-retained provisional prosthesis was delivered on the same day, allowing the patient to regain comfort, speech, and social confidence instantly. The restorative phase was completed through a seamless digital workflow, progressing from provisional to the final prosthesis. A titanium bar was digitally designed and combined with a zirconia framework to create FP3 full-arch bridges, ensuring strength, longevity, and natural esthetics. This case underscores the advantages of digital dentistry in achieving predictable surgical accuracy, efficient prosthetic protocols, and superior patient satisfaction. Beyond the technical success, Tibor's journey demonstrates the profound human impact of modern implantology transforming a challenging clinical situation into a stable, functional, and life-changing smile.
