Title : Digitally Guided FP1 Full-Arch Maxillary Rehabilitation with Immediate Loading and Final Zirconia Prosthesis
Abstract : This case report presents a comprehensive full-arch maxillary rehabilitation in a patient with terminal dentition using an FP1 implant-supported prosthesis. A fully digital workflow was adopted, utilizing a stackable guide system to ensure precise implant placement, bone reduction, and prosthetic positioning in a single surgical stage. Six Neodent implants were placed using guided surgery, followed by immediate loading with a screw-retained PMMA provisional bridge. After a 6-month healing period, the final restoration was delivered as a screw-retained, titanium-reinforced monolithic zirconia bridge. This approach successfully restored function and esthetics while maintaining soft tissue architecture and mimicking natural tooth emergence. The digital stackable guide system minimized chair time and surgical complications, allowing for a predictable and efficient treatment protocol.
