Abstract : Multiple Dental Implants in the Aesthetic zone. Vertical and Horizontal Ridge Augmentation. Trauma Case. 1.5-year follow-up October 2022. First visit. 26 years old patient experienced an avulsion of teeth no. 11 and 21 in his childhood playing soccer. Teeth were replanted but external root resorption, vertical root fracture took place. Teeth no. 11, 21 were extracted 6 months ago.The patient presented with vertical and horizontal bony defects. - Proposed treatment plan: Vertical and horizontal ridge augmentation with titanium reinforced PTFE membrane Guided implant placement of 2 implants for maximum strength (the patient is a semi-professional basketball player) with soft tissue thickening Uncovering of implants with palatal roll flap for central papilla reconstruction Maturation of soft tissues with implant supported temporaries Zirconia implant supported crowns - Timeline of the procedures performed: November 2022. Vertical and horizontal ridge reconstruction with titanium reinforced PTFE membrane and autologous/xenogeneic bone substitute mix. Wax-up and intraoral mock-up for prosthetically driven implant planning. July 2023. 8 months postoperative CBCT and intraoral scan for guided implant placement planning. August 2023. 9 months post augmentation the bone has matured. PTFE membrane removal. Guided implant placement. Soft tissue thickening with mucoderm membrane. November 2023. Palatal roll flap and healing abutment placement December 2023. Implant supported temporary restorations. Reconstructed central papilla March 2024. Zirconia crowns placement. September 2025. Follow-up. Stable soft tissues and bone around implants interproximally and buccolingually.
