Title : From Deficit to Stability
Abstract : Successful implant rehabilitation of the posterior maxilla often requires comprehensive hard and soft tissue management due to anatomical limitations, reduced bone availability, and the proximity of the maxillary sinus. These challenges make it one of the most demanding areas for predictable implant therapy. This case report presents a 35-years-old female patient with the loss of maxillary left teeth (2426) and severely limited residual bone volume, where a staged multidisciplinary surgical approach was required to enable successful implant placement and long-term stability.
