Title : Soft Tissue Driven Implant Dentistry : Minimally Invasive Implant Surgery in Narrow Bone
Abstract : To achieve successful minimally invasive surgery in narrow alveolar ridges, a paradigm shift is required from the hard tissue driven approach to a soft tissue driven approach in implant dentistry. This shift highlights the importance of establishing the implant position, selecting an implant system tailored to the soft tissue phenotype, and applying three key strategies for minimally invasive implant therapy. In this presentation, I will compare and illustrate cases of hard tissue and soft tissue driven approaches, discussing how treatment concepts evolve in the management of narrow alveolar ridges
