Abstract : Full Digital Workflow: Socket Shield and One Step Crown in Immediate Implantation In the presented case, an extraction was performed using the socket shield technique, which allowed for the preservation of the full soft tissue profile. The procedure was entirely digitally planned: from the preparation of the socket shield using single-use guided drills, through fully guided implant placement, to the application of the Connect element in accordance with the one abutment – one time principle. Immediately after the surgery, a scan was performed to verify the implant position and to prepare a temporary prosthetic restoration, enabling immediate loading. The final restoration was fabricated based on the postoperative scan, which eliminated the need for additional impressions and visits. The treatment was completed with the delivery of the definitive restoration and subsequent clinical follow-ups.
