Title : Simultaneously dental Implants and 3D GBR
Abstract : Guided bone regeneration is a predictable technique according to scientific evidence. Nevertheless, it's related to the defect, the zone and the esthetic demands of the patient. A step beyond represents the simultaneously placement of dental implants and GBR in a complex defect. The next case reports presents the relationship between the GBR biology and the mechanical components of the implants in order to improve surgical and prosthetic times and most importantly the life style of the patient and his social and emotional behavior.
