Title : Personalized Digital Dynamics in Full Mouth Implant Therapy
Abstract : Full-mouth implant rehabilitation demands precise integration of skeletal, esthetic, and functional determinants. Conventional workflows, relying on static wax-ups, often neglect the individuality of skeletal architecture and patient-specific occlusal planning. A digitally driven, personalized, and dynamic protocol is therefore required. The patient-specific component begins with lateral cephalometric analysis to establish skeletal relationships, occlusal plane orientation, and facial harmony. Orthodontic aligner software is then employed to simulate tooth alignment, providing references for natural tooth proportions and ideal dental positioning. These data are refined with Digital Smile Design (DSD) to optimize tooth form and smile esthetics within facial parameters. The result is a personalized Virtual Wax-Up, which represents the patients unique prosthetic envelope and forms the basis for prosthetically guided implant planning. Accuracy in the surgical phase is reinforced by intraoral digital scanning using either TruAbutment scan flags or photogrammetry, ensuring precise transfer of implant positions. The dynamic component is introduced at the PMMA provisional stage, where Zebris jaw tracking validates and fine-tunes centric and eccentric mandibular movements, adding biometric and biofunctional precision. The definitive prosthesis, fabricated in multilayer zirconia with selective porcelain layering, thus integrates personalization with dynamic validation for predictable, individualized outcomes.
