It will highlight the crucial role of the socket seal abutment (SSA) in preserving peri-implant soft tissue architecture, including its indications and contraindications. The presentation will also address the management of patients with diverse treatment needs and evaluate advancements in single-tooth replacement, including the feasibility of fabricating temporary crowns prior to surgery without relining, pick-up, or adjustments. The goal is to provide strategies for navigating these complexities to achieve predictable and esthetic results.
