Winners will receive US$1,000 + other contestants will receive US$300 participation awards.

CONTINENTAL LEAGUE

Winners (3 per continent) will be invited to the 8th ESM (European Scientific Meeting) event in Cannes October 2024

– Flights and accommodation (3 nights) are included.

FINAL LEAGUE

6 winners will present on the main podium at ESM and receive US$4,000

How to apply

1. Prepare 15 minutes clinical case presentation
2. Register online & Submit your presentation file (by 14 April) 
3. Attend at 3 stage leagues & Win a competition

Judge Criteria

*** Registration criteria & presentation details:

1. Users of any implant system.

2. 15-minute clinical presentation: in-person or live Zoom options for National & Continental leagues. In-person option only for Global league at ESM, France.

3. A new clinical presentation will be expected when progressing to the next league.

4. The evaluation criteria will include
    - The Contents(25)
    - Documentation (15)
    - Organization(25)
    - Communication skill and delivery(25)
    - Over-all Impression by the judges(10)

       One-year follow-up documentation is highly recommended.

  • Can I participate in MEGA’MIND if I am not a MegaGen user?
    - Yes you can! You may submit clinical cases with any other brand products.
  • Can I apply for multiple submissions for the MEGA’MIND?
    - No, our main purpose is to search and cultivate the next leaders of global implant education, not just showcase your clinical cases
  • What are the submission requirements?
    - Case presentation should present their own clinical case/researches in an educational manner, including the rationale and evidence behind the decision-making. Presentation length should be 15 minutes, A new clinical presentation will be expected when progressing to the next league. More than 1 year follow-up documentation is highly recommended.
  • Is there a specific language requirements for the MEGA’MIND
    - You can use your native language, but English subtitles or voice-overs are permitted to evaluate fairly.
  • What is the timeline for the contest?
    - The registration starts on February 1, and ends on April 14. The National league starts on May 1, and ends on May 12. The Continental league starts on July 1, and ends on July 31. The Final league will be held in pre-ESM. The final 6 winners will be announced at the ESM which takes place in October, in France.
  • What evaluation criteria will apply?
    - The evaluation criteria includes: Documentation, Case complexity, Research & Data and Communication skills & Punctuality. The important criteria is new clinical case submission in each league & making 15-min presentation punctually
  • How do I know the each league results?
    - We are going to upload the results on the website and SNS. The date and time will be announce after the league. Of course, we will contact you with your e-mail. So please, check your e-mail frequently.
  • What prizes can I win?
    - NATIONAL league: Winners will receive US$1,000 + other contestants will receive US$300 participation awards. - CONTINENTAL league: Winners (3 per continent, total 21 winners) will be invited to ESM (European Scientific Meeting) event in Cannes, France, October 2024 – flights and accommodation (3 nights) included. -​ FINAL league pre-ESM event in France: 6 winners will present on main podium at ESM and receive US$4,000
  • How can I get the national league prize?
    You should fulfill 3 steps below: 1) Register your application UNTIL deadline 2) Submit your presentation file, title, abstract, PRECISE your bank account information, your picture, and your presentation. 3) MUST join the national league in LIVE. If you miss one, the national league prize is NOT available.
