Title : Immediate implant placement in Compromise Class III Socket with Thin Phenotype, Multiple Gingival Recessions and high smile line
Abstract : Class III compromised sockets with a thin phenotype and gingival recessions present significant challenges for achieving long-term aesthetics and stability. This case requires meticulous assessment of hard and soft tissues to reconstruct the vestibular bone wall and ensure peri-implant tissue stability. To avoid compromising aesthetics with multiple surgeries and prolonged treatment times, we present an immediate approach with implant placement in site 2.1, combined with hard and soft tissue reconstruction, immediate provisionalization, and root coverage in sites 2.2 and 2.3, achieving immediate aesthetic results.
