Title : Immediate Implant Restoration of a Single Tooth in the Maxillary Anterior Esthetic Zone
Abstract : This case involves a 52-year-old male patient who presented with a crown fracture of the maxillary right central incisor due to trauma. Based on preoperative CBCT evaluation, immediate implant placement with immediate provisionalization was performed on August 15, 2020. The surgery was conducted using a free-hand approach, with a MEGAGEN implant placed. The final restoration was completed with a zirconia crown. Serial radiographic follow-up to date (June 2023) demonstrates favorable osseointegration and long-term stability, achieving successful functional and aesthetic reconstruction in the anterior esthetic zone through immediate implant placement.
